Erin fits in perfectly with our mission of bringing alternative holistic healing modalities to the community.
Erin’s personal journey has been shaped by her own struggles with chronic pain and sports-related injuries in her early 20s, as well as challenges related to an autoimmune disease. Despite these obstacles, she found resilience and healing through a combination of naturopathic medicine and faith, which fueled her desire to empower others. Her approach emphasizes the body’s innate ability to heal itself, given the right tools and guidance.
Erin’s mission is clear: to teach foundational techniques that not only alleviate pain but also promote long-term health and injury prevention. Her goal is to inspire people of all abilities to take charge of their well-being, encouraging them to find strength, discipline, and balance on their health journey.
“Everyone, no matter their current ability, can find discipline in their health journey and thrive! I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!” – Erin
