What is Thai-Yoga?

Thai bodywork has been called, “lazy yoga”, in that the receiver doesn’t have to expend any energy, just receives the benefits.

Thai-Yoga combines yoga-style stretches, muscle release techniques, and manipulation of body joints. Some techniques require the use of the practitioners feet, elbows, and knees in addition to hands. When Thai bodywork is performed in gentle, rhythmic movements, in which results in the client felling a boost of energy or creating a relaxing space that inducing a nice snooze.

Thai-Yoga is performed with the client wearing loose fitting clothing or yoga attire, while lying on a mat on the floor. A normal full Thai-Yoga session usually lasts a minimum of 60 minutes.

Greg received formal training and certificates with nationally and internationally known instructors Chuck Duff at his school in Evanston Illinois, and Jan Wells in St. Louis Missouri.
